MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO
Hi, I’m Nicole Richard — CEO & Founder of Garnet Bookkeeping Services Ltd.
After two decades in bookkeeping and administrative roles, I’ve seen firsthand how clear financial records create confidence, calm, and better decisions for business owners. When your numbers are organized and accurate, everything else becomes easier. You can plan ahead, make smarter choices, and focus on growing your business instead of constantly reacting to uncertainty.
Over the years, I’ve worked with businesses at different stages, and one thing has always been true. When the books are unclear, it creates stress, hesitation, and missed opportunities. But when the financials are clean and reliable, business owners operate with clarity and confidence.
That foundation is what I’ve always cared about delivering. Not just bookkeeping, but peace of mind through consistent, dependable financial organization.
At the same time, I began to reflect on the bigger picture. I wanted my work to contribute to something beyond the day-to-day operations of a business. I wanted it to have a meaningful impact outside of spreadsheets and reports.
Today, I partner with business owners to keep their books accurate, organized, and easy to understand, while also supporting efforts to expand access to clean drinking water in Busabala, Uganda. A portion of the work we do together contributes directly to building sustainable water solutions for communities that need it.
